Operating Principles
Route quality comes first. We continuously monitor the bandwidth and stability of every route, promptly replacing underperforming nodes to ensure usable routes remain available even during peak hours.
Issue resolution. If you run into connection problems, you can reach out through our ticket system, and we'll provide adjustment suggestions and alternative solutions based on the actual route conditions.
Transparent billing. Prices and plan details are published on the pricing page. Data is reset monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days.
