Quick Start

Quick Start: From Registration to Connection

The complete VPNDK workflow: register an account, choose a plan, get your subscription link from the user panel, import it into a client, and verify the connection. It takes about 5 minutes. No email address is required to register, and it supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux with no limit on simultaneous devices.

Note: The interface details of different clients (Windows / macOS / Android / iOS) may vary. The steps below are based on the current version. If you can't find a button or entry, follow the actual interface, or check the help center for platform-specific instructions.

01

Register an account

Open the VPNDK homepage and click the 'Sign In' button in the top-right corner to enter the user panel. If you don't have an account yet, choose 'Register' on the sign-in page.

VPNDK registration is simple: no email address is required — you just set a username and password. After filling in your username and password, click the register button to finish. You'll be signed in automatically and taken to the 'Overview' page in the user panel.

The user panel is the only place to manage your subscription, get clients, and view traffic. After registering, we recommend browsing the 'Overview' page first to get familiar with the 'Plans', 'Downloads', and 'Orders' entries — it makes later steps easier.

If you already have an account, just click 'Sign In' and enter your username and password. If you forget your password, choose 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and follow the prompts to reset it. We recommend using a memorable username, and a password with both letters and numbers, at least 8 characters long.

02

Choose a plan and place an order

After signing in, click 'Plans' in the top navigation of the user panel to enter the plan selection page. VPNDK offers three monthly subscription tiers:

  • ¥9.9/month includes 60GB of data, suitable for light use
  • ¥18/month includes 250GB of data, suitable for everyday browsing
  • ¥28/month includes 500GB of data, suitable for heavy use and streaming

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. If you only use it occasionally, you can also choose a data pack: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Data packs last until used up and never expire.

Data packs are billed first, then monthly subscription data. This is designed so occasional users don't pay for fixed monthly data.

After choosing a plan, click 'Start' to begin the order process. Payment is supported via Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Once payment is complete, the plan takes effect immediately — no manual processing needed.

After ordering, you can check payment status and order history on the 'Orders' page in the user panel at any time. If you run into payment issues, contact customer support.

If you're not sure which tier to pick, start with ¥18/month. It covers most everyday scenarios: web browsing, email, chat, AI tools, and regular streaming all work smoothly. If you need more data later, you can upgrade at any time.

03

Get your subscription link

Once your plan is active, return to the 'Overview' page in the user panel. Find the 'Subscription Link' section and click 'Copy' to copy the subscription link to your clipboard.

The subscription link is the only credential clients need to import your configuration. It looks like:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Keep your subscription link safe and don't share it with anyone. If it leaks, click 'Reset Subscription' on the 'Overview' page — the old link will be invalidated immediately and a new one will be generated.

If the 'Overview' page doesn't show a subscription link, check that your plan is active and you have enough data. If it's still missing, submit a ticket on the 'Support' page and customer service will help.

The subscription link is updated periodically, but clients usually sync automatically, so you don't need to re-import manually. You only need to paste it again when switching devices or reinstalling a client.

04

Import into a client

A client is the desktop or mobile app you use to connect to the VPN. VPNDK supports five platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Clients are available on the 'Downloads' page in the user panel — once signed in, you'll see the client entry for your platform. The workflow is basically the same across platforms: install → import subscription → choose a server → connect. Below are platform-specific notes. If you use Linux, you'll also find a client on the 'Downloads' page; the steps are similar to Windows.

Windows

Find the Windows client on the 'Downloads' page in the user panel, download and install it. Once installed, open the client, choose 'Import Subscription' or 'Add Subscription', paste the subscription link copied from the Overview page, and confirm. The client will automatically load the server list, usually within a few seconds. If Windows Firewall prompts you, allow the client through — otherwise it may not connect.

Go to Downloads

macOS

Find the macOS client on the 'Downloads' page, download and install it. When you first open it, the system may ask for network permissions — allow it. On the client's main screen, choose 'Import Subscription' and paste the subscription link. If the system asks you to install a profile or allow a network extension, follow the prompts and restart the client. macOS permission dialogs sometimes appear late; if you don't see one, reopen the client.

Go to Downloads

Android

Find the Android client on the 'Downloads' page, download the APK and install it. Open the client, find the 'Subscription' or 'Configuration' entry, paste the subscription link, and wait for the configuration to load. If the system asks to allow installing apps from unknown sources, confirm. Some phones require enabling 'Allow from this source' before installation can complete.

Go to Downloads

iOS

Find the App Store entry for the iOS client on the 'Downloads' page. After installing, open the client, choose 'Import Subscription', and paste the subscription link. If the system asks to add a VPN configuration, allow it. iOS VPN configurations are managed by the system — when uninstalling the client, remember to remove the corresponding configuration in System Settings, otherwise an invalid VPN configuration will remain.

Go to Downloads

After importing, the client will automatically load the server list. Server names and ordering may differ between clients, but they all work normally. If you don't see any servers after importing, check that the subscription link was copied in full, or try importing again.

05

Connect and verify

After importing the subscription into the client, choose a server from the home screen or 'Servers' list and click 'Connect'. Once connected, the client status will show 'Connected' along with the current exit region.

To verify it's working, you can:

  • Visit an IP lookup page and confirm the exit IP has changed to the region of the selected server
  • Open an international website and confirm it loads normally
  • Play a video on a streaming platform and confirm the video quality is normal

If the connection fails, first check whether your subscription has expired or your data has run out, then try switching servers. If it still won't connect, visit the help center for more detailed troubleshooting, or submit a ticket.

After connecting, we recommend browsing a few common websites to confirm the network is stable. If speeds aren't ideal, try switching to another server — load and bandwidth vary by server. During peak hours, some servers may be congested; prefer regions with lower load.

If you still can't access certain websites after connecting, the server region may not match the target service. For example, to access US streaming services, choose a server in the US or a nearby region. VPNDK covers 100+ countries and regions, so you can switch as needed.

If you need to use multiple devices at once, VPNDK supports unlimited simultaneous connections. You can import the subscription link separately for each device under the same account.
