Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Service Content and Scope
VPNDK provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service that helps users reliably access international websites and overseas services through network nodes spanning 100+ countries / 150+ routes. The service is available on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, USDT, and other payment methods, and allows unlimited simultaneous devices.
The service can be accessed via client software or subscription links, allowing users to choose the appropriate method based on their device type.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register. Users can create an account with just a username and password. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and for any losses caused by improper handling.
Subscription data resets monthly on the activation date. Upgrading mid-cycle converts the price difference into additional remaining days. Data packs last until used up and never expire. Monthly plans come in three tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packs come in three tiers: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB.
Users should renew on time to keep the service active. After a subscription expires, data access is paused; upon renewal, remaining data resumes according to the original cycle.
Reselling, sharing, or transferring accounts is prohibited. If an account is found to be used for resale or unauthorized sharing, VPNDK reserves the right to suspend the account.
3. Compliance Requirements
When using this service, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to infringing others' intellectual property rights, disseminating illegal information, or conducting cyber attacks.
Users must not use this service to engage in any activity that may endanger network security or interfere with other users' normal use.
VPNDK reserves the right to take appropriate measures against violations of the above requirements, including but not limited to warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination of service.
4. Service Availability and Disclaimer
VPNDK will make every effort to ensure service continuity and stability, but network conditions, carrier routes, force majeure, and other factors may affect service quality. VPNDK is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for service interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by third-party reasons.
Users understand and accept that cross-border network services are affected by various external factors, and no specific speed or availability can be guaranteed at any time or in any region. Users should evaluate and assume the risks of using this service themselves.
VPNDK is not responsible for service abnormalities caused by user device failures, operating system compatibility issues, or third-party software conflicts.
5. Account Termination
If a user violates these terms or applicable laws, VPNDK may take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination depending on the severity. Users may also voluntarily request account deletion.
After account termination, unused data packs or subscription time are non-refundable, except where the refund policy applies. See the Refund Policy for details.
After a user voluntarily deletes their account, related data will be removed within a reasonable period.
6. Changes to Terms and Contact
VPNDK may update these terms as needed for operations. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the last updated date. Major changes will be notified to users via site announcements or other appropriate means.
If users do not agree with the updated terms, they should stop using the service. For questions about these terms, contact support via the in-site ticket system.
These terms constitute the complete agreement between the user and VPNDK regarding the use of this service and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
